Nutrition Support
Nutrition support (NS) refers to interventions that provide the necessary nutrients to individuals who cannot meet their nutritional needs through oral intake alone. This may involve enteral nutrition, using the gastrointestinal tract, or parenteral nutrition, where nutrients are provided intravenously. Learn from experts who will share the latest evidence-based practices to optimize nutritional care.
Fluid Therapy
Fluid therapy is provided to restore and maintain tissue perfusion and is part of routine management for most hospitalized patients. However, either too much or too little fluid can have serious consequences. Safe intravenous fluid management requires the relevant clinical skills and critical assessment of fluid balance carefully tailored for each patient.
Assessing whether fluid may help or harm your patient is a critical step in optimizing treatment. Through a comprehensive review of clinical evidence and case studies, this webinar series will help clinicians improve their critical decision-making to find the right balance.
Infusion Therapy
Infusion systems includes a smart infusion pump, that contains a drug library, and captures administrative infusion data. These webinars will help us learn from experts who share best practices and experiences for smart pump use, including implementation, process improvement, programming and data analytics.
