CMS, National Guidelines and Value Based Purchasing: How to make sense of it all

This lecture will discuss the differences in the National and CMS guidelines.  The required bundles can be challenging to comply with if there are not precise processes in place.  Regardless of guidelines being in place for years there is still a struggle with best practices around sepsis in many hospitals.
